I've been a composer and poet for 20 years, a performer for 6 and a retreat facilitator for 5. I've been living as a monk in community for over 30 years. It's been tough, very tough at times. But also very rewarding and supportive. Right now, I wouldn't change it for anything! So, I have a bit of experience and knowledge which I hope I share efficiently and inspirationally with people.

It's a busy world. Our technological advances (I love technology!) have us running around like headless chickens sometimes. The buzz is enjoyable, but the pressure can be terrible. Much of it is self-imposed, if we are to be truly honest. But a lot comes from a demanding job, family or even close acquaintance. How do we deal with all of it? I would categorize the following possible solutions...

     Have a strong, genuine spirituality
     Be original and creative
     Keep yourself healthy and fit
     Know yourself

Someone once said, 'Humility is accepting who you are'. The truth is the truth! God has made us rich with abilities, gifts, personality and mission. We have inherent or learned 'glitches' going on too, but even these can work to our advantage once we know them - what they are and how they work.

What is my spirituality? How can I enhance the spirituality I already have?
How can I be creative or perfect my creativity?
Am I as fit and healthy as I would like to be?
Who am I really? How do I get control of the things that always seem to bother me?
